JUNOMO LIMITED · WEBSITE ENQUIRIES · 6 NOVEMBER 2026

Privacy & cookies.

This notice covers this website and initial business enquiries. Client onboarding and payment services may involve separate information and notices for the service concerned.

Who is responsible?

Junomo Limited decides how the enquiry information described here is used. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 12516161, at 20–22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. For privacy questions or requests, email support@junomo.com or write to that address, marked “Privacy”.

What you provide.

The initial enquiry form asks for your name, business name, work email address and message. We also use the correspondence you provide when we respond. Please do not include passwords, identity documents, bank details or payment instructions in this form.

How an enquiry is handled.

When you submit the form, Webflow processes and stores the submission for Junomo to review and respond. Our business correspondence uses Microsoft 365 email supplied through GoDaddy. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

We use this information to respond to the request, arrange any follow-up you ask for and keep a record of the conversation. The basis is our legitimate interests in handling business enquiries and communicating with the people who contact us. Where we take steps at your request before entering a contract with you as an individual, that pre-contract basis may apply instead.

You can object to our use of your information based on legitimate interests. Contact support@junomo.com and explain your request.

Protecting the enquiry form.

Our enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile through Webflow to help detect automated submissions. These checks can run in the background without a checkbox. For information about how Cloudflare handles information for this feature, see its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Suppliers and overseas processing.

Webflow provides website hosting and form handling. Microsoft 365 and GoDaddy support our business email arrangement. Those services process information needed to provide their functions. Your device also sends ordinary connection information, such as its IP address and browser information, to the service delivering a page or resource.

Webflow states that it stores customer and website-user data in the United States. Its Data Processing Addendum describes its international-transfer provisions, including the UK addendum. Microsoft publishes its business-service terms in the Microsoft Data Protection Addendum. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your enquiry or a copy of the applicable terms.

How long enquiry information is kept.

We determine retention by whether the enquiry has been answered, whether requested follow-up remains, and whether the correspondence is needed to deal with a related complaint, claim or applicable record-keeping obligation. These criteria apply to the enquiry copies held in Webflow and email. If an enquiry becomes a client relationship, the relevant service records and information requirements are assessed separately.

Markets, news and video.

Market charts, the price ticker and market headlines are supplied by TradingView. Its widget documentation says the widgets do not set cookies and receive the embedding page address, widget type, instrument and IP address. Its broader privacy policy also describes analytics associated with widgets. See TradingView’s widget information and privacy policy.

Selecting an external TV player connects to Schwab Network or YouTube, depending on the channel. These services receive connection information and have their own privacy and storage practices. Official watch links open the broadcaster’s site. See Schwab privacy information and Google/YouTube privacy information.

Daily reference tools request currency codes and dates from Frankfurter or the European Central Bank. Entered amounts are calculated in your browser and are not included in those rate requests. Currency choices may appear in the page address and browser history. Payment illustrations do not open an account, book a trade, register a real beneficiary or send a payment.

Browser preferences.

The currency setting junomo-currency-selection-v1 uses session storage for selected currencies and buy/sell direction. It does not contain an amount, beneficiary or enquiry. The browser controls when that session ends. The local-storage setting junomo-motion-paused remembers an animation choice; it remains until changed or cleared. Clearing site data removes these settings.

Your rights.

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your personal information. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. Send requests to support@junomo.com. We may need information to find the relevant record and confirm your identity.

You can raise a concern with us and complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. This is separate from the financial-service complaint routes elsewhere on this website.

Taking our business card downloads Junomo’s public contact file. Your browser or device controls saving or importing it; the action does not give Junomo access to your address book.
